Do I need to book?
Yes, we work strictly by reservation - no walk-ins. Bookings are by phone only on +32 (0)472 32 54 58, minimum 4 adults and at least 1 day in advance so we can guarantee the freshness of our products.
Is everyone welcome?
Absolutely. Den Grooten Onzen Here is a place for everyone, regardless of background, sexual orientation, gender identity or who you're sharing the table with. All that matters here is your appetite and the wish for a great evening.
How does the table grill work?
Above every table there is an extractor hood with a briquette grill. You grill your own meat, fish or vegetarian selection right at the table - we bring everything to you: glowing coals, sauces, fries and seasonal vegetables.
Are children welcome?
Very much so. There is a children's menu at €20 (ribs, sausage, kids' ice cream) and high chairs are available.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome in our restaurant.
Is there parking?
We have our own parking on site. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Yes, in addition to the vegetarian menu (€50) we gladly take dietary requirements into account. Please mention any allergies or gluten-free needs when booking by phone.
